Affiliate Terms

1. The program
The TradlyMemo Affiliate program lets approved affiliates earn when people they bring to TradlyMemo pay for a paid plan. These terms apply to you in addition to the Terms & Conditions.
2. Joining
Apply from your account. We may approve or decline any application and may close applications at times. Until you are approved, nothing changes in your account.
3. What you earn
Your pay terms, either a percentage or a fixed amount of each payment, are shown in your Affiliate panel. We set them when you are approved and may change them for future payments. You earn only on real payments, not on free sign-ups, coupon codes or plans we grant. A reward can be reversed if the payment it came from is refunded or reversed. Earnings are not guaranteed.
4. Withdrawals
Save your bank details once in your Affiliate panel, then withdraw once you reach the minimum amount shown there. To change your bank details later, contact us. You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn.
5. Rules
Do not mislead people, promise profits or returns, use spam, create fake accounts or refer yourself. If you break these rules we may remove you from the program and cancel unpaid rewards.
6. Your relationship with us
You are independent. You are not our employee, agent or partner, and you cannot make promises on our behalf.
7. What you can see
You see the first name of each person who joined through your link and whether they have paid. You never see their email or their trading.
8. Ending
You can leave at any time. We can end the program or your place in it. Rewards already earned on valid payments are still paid unless you broke these rules.
