1. Agreeing to these terms

By creating an account or using TradlyMemo you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. If we make an important change we will tell you, and using TradlyMemo afterwards means you accept it.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Give accurate details, keep your sign-in private and do not share your account. You are responsible for what happens under it.

3. What TradlyMemo is

A journal for recording and reviewing your own trading. It is not a broker, cannot place or change trades and does not move money. Completion certificates are made from the entries you recorded. They are not checked by any broker or prop firm and are not proof of trading performance.

4. Not financial advice

Nothing on TradlyMemo, including statistics, targets, reports and AI output, is financial, investment or trading advice. Targets are plans, not promises. Trading carries a high risk, including losing all your capital, and past results do not guarantee future results. All trading decisions are yours.

5. Your content

You own what you add. You allow us to store and process it only to run and improve the service for you. You are responsible for its accuracy. AI can make mistakes, so check what it reads or suggests before you rely on it.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use TradlyMemo for anything unlawful, to reach other people’s data or our systems without permission, to disrupt the service, to upload harmful files, to use bots or scrapers without our consent, or to resell access. Upload only screenshots you are allowed to share.

7. Plans and payments

TradlyMemo is currently free. If paid plans are introduced, the price, billing period and renewal terms will be shown before you pay, and you will be able to cancel from your account. See our Refund Policy.

8. Our rights

The TradlyMemo name, logo, design and software belong to us. You may use the service for your own journaling but may not copy or resell it.

9. The service as it is

We work to keep TradlyMemo available and accurate, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change or remove features.

10. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, TradlyMemo is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data or indirect damages from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here removes rights you cannot give up under the consumer law where you live.

11. Ending your account

You can stop using TradlyMemo or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.

12. Referrals and partners

You may invite people with your referral link or code, but not yourself. Rewards follow the rules on the program page and may be paused, held or withdrawn if we find abuse such as fake accounts.

13. Disputes and contact

Please email support@tradlymemo.com first so we can try to resolve any complaint. These terms are governed by the law of the country where the TradlyMemo operator is established, without removing the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
