1. Who we are

TradlyMemo (tradlymemo.com) is a trading journal for people in Africa and around the world. We decide how your personal data is used. We follow the data protection laws that apply to you, including the GDPR and national data protection laws across Africa. Contact: support@tradlymemo.com.

2. What we collect

Account: your name, email and sign-in details (we never see your password).

Your journal: the trades, accounts, strategies, notes, challenges and balances you add, your conversations with the Tradly AI, and a referral code if you use one. Trading history screenshots are read and then discarded. Chart and note screenshots you attach are stored privately in your account until you delete them.

Security data: device and browser details and sign-in activity, to protect your account.

3. Why we use it

To run your journal, show your stats and reports, and send sign-in codes and important account messages. Our legal basis is that this is necessary to provide the service you asked for. We also rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and on your consent where we ask for it, which you can withdraw at any time. We do not sell your data and we do not show third-party ads.

4. AI

Screenshots, AI chat questions and the Tradly AI are processed by an AI service provider, only when you use those features, and only to give you the result you asked for. They offer suggestions for you to review and do not make decisions about you. You can clear your Coach conversation any time.

5. Who can see your data

Other users cannot see your journal. If you joined with someone’s referral or affiliate code, they see that you joined, a masked email and what you earned them. Our administrators can access account data only where needed to run and support the service.

6. Service providers and transfers

We share data only with providers we need to run TradlyMemo (hosting, database, AI, email and, if paid plans start, payments). They may use it only to serve us. Your data may be processed in countries other than yours; where it is, we use providers that protect it to the standard the law requires.

7. Cookies and analytics

We use essential storage to keep you signed in. If you accept, we also use Google Analytics to measure which pages are visited and from which country. We have turned off ad features and shortened IP addresses. You can change your choice at any time. See our Cookie Policy.

8. How long we keep it

While your account is active. You can delete items yourself, download a copy of your data, or permanently delete your account and its data in Account → Your data, or by emailing us. Backups may hold copies briefly afterwards.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, object to how we use it, withdraw consent, and ask for a person to review any automated decision. Email support@tradlymemo.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

10. Security

Your data is encrypted in transit and each account is kept separate. No service is perfectly secure, so use a strong password. If a breach is likely to put you at risk, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

11. Age

TradlyMemo is for people aged 18 and over. If you think a child has signed up, email us and we will delete the account.

12. Changes

If we make an important change we will tell you in the app or by email. The date above shows the latest version.
