Is TradlyMemo free?
Yes, you can start free. There is a free plan, and paid plans that open more pages and tools. See Plans and pricing for what each one includes.
Who is TradlyMemo for?
Traders who want a clear record of their trading: every trade, the days they win and lose, the rules they follow, and the numbers behind their results. It also runs daily trading challenges.
Does TradlyMemo connect to my broker or hold my money?
No. It is a journal. It never trades for you, connects to your broker, or holds funds. You add trades by uploading a screenshot of your platform’s history, or by entering them by hand with a screenshot attached.
What is in TradlyMemo?
A trading journal with a profit and loss calendar, your trades, strategies with rules, stats, notes and reports, plus an AI Coach and daily trading challenges. You can also earn through the referral and partner programs. Community is coming soon.
What do the paid plans give me?
Each plan opens a set of pages and tools. The pages a plan includes are listed on its card in Plans and pricing, and a page you do not have yet shows a lock with the plan that opens it.
What is the “Best offer” tag?
It marks the plan we think gives most traders the best value. You can swipe through the plan cards on the pricing section to compare them, and switch between monthly and yearly billing where a yearly price is set.
How do I pay, and what if I have a code?
Open Account, then Payments. If you were given a plan code, enter it there and your plan opens right away for the length of time on the code. Card checkout is being connected, so we will say here when it is open.
Can someone give me a plan?
Yes. The TradlyMemo team can give an account a paid plan for a set number of months or years, for example as a prize or a thank-you. It shows in Account under Payments with its end date.
How do I add my trades?
Press Add trade, choose the account, and upload a screenshot of your trading history. TradlyMemo reads the date, time, instrument, size and result of each trade, you review them, and then you save. You can open any trade later to edit it or add notes.
Is a screenshot required?
Yes. Every new trade and every new challenge day needs a trading history screenshot. It keeps your journal matched to your platform. If the reading is wrong, you can correct the numbers before saving. The screenshot is used for the check only and is not stored.
Which platforms and screenshots work?
Screenshots of the history or closed-trade list, such as MetaTrader 5 History, work best. Use a clear, close screenshot with the date, symbol, type, size and profit visible. You can also import a CSV file from the Trades page.
What does the calendar show?
Each day is green for a profit, red for a loss, and shows the trade count and win rate. The Week column adds up each week. Select a day to see or add its trades.
Can I keep more than one trading account?
Paid plans can add as many live, demo or prop accounts as they need, each with its broker and account number, and filter the dashboard, stats and reports by account. The Free plan includes one trading account.
Can I say what kind of trade it was?
Yes. When you add a trade you can mark its style as scalping, intraday (day trade), swing or position. It is optional and shows next to the trade in your list.
How many screenshots can I read?
You can add up to 10 screenshots at once. The Free plan includes 30 screenshot reads a month and paid plans include 300. The count is shown in the Add trades window and resets each month.
How do strategy rules work?
Create a strategy and add rules: a session (Sydney, Tokyo, London, New York or the London and New York overlap), a time window such as 07:00 to 12:00, or your own written rule. After you log trades, pick the strategy and mark each rule followed or broken. The strategy page shows how many days you followed your rules.
What time zone are the sessions in?
Session times are shown in Lagos time (WAT). They follow the default hours of TradingView’s market sessions indicator. London and New York run one hour earlier in their summer time, so check your broker’s own hours.
How is the daily target calculated?
The target is your chosen percentage of that day’s starting balance, rounded to the cent. Because each day starts from your latest balance, targets grow as your balance grows.
Can I skip ahead if I have a big day?
No. The next day unlocks only on a later calendar date, and only after the previous day’s target is met. A day is met when its net result is at least the target.
What happens if I record a loss?
It is saved as a negative amount. It lowers that day’s total and your balance, never unlocks the next day, and you stay on the same day.
Why can’t I edit my challenge?
Settings lock once more than two days have entries, so a plan cannot be changed after results exist. You can still pause, resume or delete it.
Do I still need the challenge?
No. Challenges are optional. They keep their own data and rules, separate from your journal trades, and have their own calendar of profit and loss days.
Which markets can I run a challenge for?
When you create a challenge you pick a market. Forex counts Monday to Friday, five trading days a week. Crypto and synthetic indices count seven days a week, and Other lets you choose how many days a week you trade.
Can I fit a challenge to a calendar period?
Yes. Use “Fit to a calendar period” and pick a start and end date. TradlyMemo counts the real trading days for your market, so a 31-day month is planned as 31 days rather than 30.
How many challenges can I create?
The Free plan includes one challenge. Paid plans can create as many as they like.
Do I get a certificate when I finish a challenge?
Yes. When you reach the end of a challenge, a certificate opens with your name, your starting and final balance and your total profit. Download it as an image to keep or share. It is made from the entries you recorded and is not verified by any broker or prop firm.
How are my stats calculated?
Only closed trades count. A win is above zero, a loss is below zero, and exactly zero is breakeven. Profit factor is total profit divided by total loss, and it reads “No losses yet” until you have a loss. Drawdown is the drop from your highest balance.
What is the score?
After 10 closed trades, the score averages your win rate, profit factor, win and loss size, consistency, drawdown control and recovery into a number out of 100. It is a summary of your own results, not a prediction.
Can I print or export my results?
Yes. Reports lets you pick an account and a period, then print or save a performance report and export your trades as a CSV file.
What is the AI Coach?
A coach you can talk to. It reads your own closed trades, notes, emotions and rule checks, tells you what is working and what to watch, then listens to your side and answers back. It keeps short notes, such as your goals, so it can remember you, and you can clear them any time. It never tells you what to buy or sell and is not financial advice.
How does Refer & earn work?
Every account has a personal referral link under Refer & earn. When someone joins through your link and then pays for a plan, you earn a one-time reward set for that plan. You can see who joined, by first name, and what you have earned.
How do I get paid for referrals?
Add your bank details once under Refer & earn, then withdraw once you reach the minimum shown there. A person from our team sends the money and marks the withdrawal as paid, so it can take a few days.
Why can’t I change my bank details?
They lock once saved, to keep your money safe if someone else gets into your account. If you need to change them, contact support and we will check it is you first.
Do coupons or free plans earn a reward?
No. Rewards are paid only when a referred person makes a real payment. Plans given by the team or opened with a code do not pay a reward.
What is the partner program?
It is for creators, community owners and educators who want to earn on every payment from the people they bring, not just the first. Partners choose their own promo code and link, and get a private panel with their people, earnings and withdrawals.
How do I become a partner?
Open the Partner program page, choose Apply, and tell us about your channel or community. If you already have an account we ask for its email first, so the application is linked to you. Our team reviews it, usually within a few days.
How are partners paid?
Each partner has pay terms set by the team: a percent of every payment, a fixed amount on every payment, or the rates shown on each plan. Your terms are on your Partner panel. Withdrawals go to the bank account you saved.
Can I pick my own code?
Yes. Partners choose a short code, for example pizza123, and the link becomes tradlymemo.com/r/pizza123. You can change the code from your Partner panel.
What happens if I leave the program?
Your partner panel closes and Refer & earn comes back, with your normal referral link. What you already earned stays yours to withdraw.
Can I get a deleted challenge back?
Yes. Deleted challenges stay in the Deleted section of your dashboard, where you can restore them.
How does the screenshot check work?
When you attach a trading history screenshot, an AI service reads it and shows you the trades or the day’s result it found. You check and correct them before anything is saved. The image is read and then discarded. We do not store it, only the trades you save.
I forgot my password.
Choose “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen and we’ll email you a reset link.
Is this financial advice?
No. TradlyMemo is a journal and planning tool. It does not recommend trades or promise profits.
Who can see my trades?
Only you. Each account’s journal is private and separated from every other account.
When is Community coming?
There is no date yet. Community is planned so traders can share and learn from each other. Your journal stays private unless you choose to share something.
What are backup codes?
If you turn on two-step sign-in, we give you one-time backup codes. Keep them somewhere safe. If you lose your authenticator app, a backup code lets you sign in and set it up again.
How do I contact support?
Use the Contact page, or the help chat at the bottom right of any page. Choose Talk to a person and our team replies by email, usually within two working days.
Where do I find guides and updates?
On the Blog. It has practical posts on daily targets, journaling and risk, written by the TradlyMemo team. You can search it, filter by category, or follow it with the RSS feed.
No questions match that. Try other words, or contact us.
